Tarzana

Is a comfortable, highly educated neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley.  Tarzana is a mostly residential community on the site of a former ranch owned by author Edgar Rice Burroughs.  It is named after Burroughs’ storybook jungle character hero, Tarzan.  The community offers a number of lavish gated communities, including Mulholland Park, Silverhawk Ridge, Monte Verde and Braemar Estates.  This quiet and geographically conveniet location features 2 Country Clubs with Golf courses snuggled into the Santa Monica Mountains south of Ventura Blvd.  The El Caballero Country Club and Braemar Country Club.
