Playa Vista

Is one of six communities in the nation, selected by President Bill Clinton in 1998, as a National Pilot Project of the Partnership for Advancing Technology in Housing (PATH).  It is located between the cross streets of  Lincoln Blvd. and Jefferson Blvd.  Phase One of Playa Vista began in 2001 as a combination of affordable and luxury residences, open spaces which include office, commercial and recreational amenities.
